Q. Will your tarts work with my warmer?

A. Yes! Our tarts will work with any warmer.  We do recommend using a 40 watt candelabra bulb for maximum scent throw!  

Q. How long does it take for my order to ship?

A. We hand pour every product and make every effort to ship orders within 2-5 business days. We do not ship on Saturday/Sunday and holidays. Trust us... they are worth the wait!  

Q. Do you have a return policy?

A. Yes.  We will accept returns on any unused products within 30 days of purchase.  This means that the product is still in its original condition and no signs of use are present. A refund will be issued minus the cost of shipping. We do not refund shipping charges.  Customers will be responsible for return shipping costs. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at for resolution.  Please be prepared to provide photos with your claim. 

Q. My item was damaged in shipping... what do I do?

A. Please take photos of the outside of the box, the contents of the box and the damage. Be sure to keep ALL packaging as you will likely be required to bring the package to your local courier for inspection. You have two options for submitting your claim.

1. You can file a claim directly with USPS/UPS online. This is the quickest method. Once your claim is approved, they will reimburse you directly. 

2. We will file the claim on your behalf and issue a replacement once the claim is processed and approved. This will require you to bring the package to your local courier for inspection. The claim will not be approved without the inspection. If the claim is denied because of this, we will be unable to issue a replacement or refund. 

NEVER use a candle with a crack or any type of damage to the glass. This can cause severe damage and bodily harm. Please handle all broken items with extreme care.  We cannot be held responsible for injury due to handling. 

Please note. Our products are wax based and can melt in warm climates during shipping. Please arrange for pickup at your local courier if your package is at risk to these conditions. We cannot be held liable for damages caused during shipping.

Q. What wax do you use in your products and why?

A. We use soybean wax and beeswax in all of our wax based products. We never use paraffin wax as it has been claimed to be linked to health conditions such as asthma and lung cancer. Further.... soy wax and beeswax burn cleaner and slower, which checks off two of our most desired product features. 

Q. Are your products made in the USA?

A. Yes! We are a small business located in Central Pennsylvania. We hand pour every product and ship right from our location. Our wax and fragrances are also all purchased from manufactures in the USA. 

Q.Why do some of your scents have a stronger scent throw than others?

A. There are many answers to this question.  First, scent is perceived differently by each person. While you may think that a scent smells strong, someone else in your home may not be able to smell it at all. Second, some scents are just made up of fragrances that are naturally more mild than others. Lastly, whether your realize it or not... you can become immune to the scent. One way to test this is to warm your tarts in your home for a few hours. Do you notice it as much after 2 or three hours? Probably not.  So... leave the room or leave your home for about 30 minutes and come back in.  You'll pick it up immediately. True story.. go test it out for yourself!
